Vastu timings by nature are without legal binding

Based on the sun rays and the movement of the earth besides the direction of the rays coming from the Sun, a person has to decide the routine to be performed in the 24 hours of the day. This is a universal rule, where ever a person and in which ever the country a person resides. Even if a person goes to other country, the person should abide by the Sun rays and timings of the rays of the sun directed towards him in that country. Which time is bad and which time good to do a task can be ascertained by keeping your timings, as far as is possible according to these rules. These rules were followed by ancient rishi living even in jungles.

From 3 a.m. to 4.30 a.m. >> This time is called early morning. This time is also called Brahma Mahuratha. According to Sadhus and Saints this is the most auspicious time for meditation and prayers before the almighty. This is the best time to go in Samadhi awastha. Those who have reached their Guru in life, always prefer to make use of this time to meet their Guru.  Saints say that, when you are going to start the day, why not start early and with meditation before the Guru & Almighty.

From 4.30 a.m. to 6 a.m. >> This time is called Ushakalla. This is the only time when you can fill yourself with new vigour and vitality. Whole of the universe is full of positive energies at this time being focused at the place or point where ever you are on this earth. This is the best time to start Daily Routine for all the personnel of the world.

From 6 a.m. to 9 a.m. >>  This is the time when the rays of the Sun start falling on you and the areas around you. If you have utilized your earlier timings as described above the rays of the Sun come to know of your actions and will fill you more with rays for which you have already meditated and begged before the Guru and the almighty. This is the time which is considered as right for your daily routine like taking walk, exercise in the open, finishing up with Toilet routine and taking bath and getting ready to work.

From 9 a.m. to 12 p.m. >> This time is the time of the Sun when it increases the force of its rays on the earth. This time is called Prahthakala. This is the best time to study in a class or before any institution of learning. This is the best time for devoting your time for job or doing technical or professional work. This is the time when you can fetch the best results by performing your professional competence.

From 12 p.m. to 3 p.m. >> This is the time which is called Madhyana. The rays of the Sun start diminishing and taking turn toward the other side of the morning rays. This is the best time to take decisions on your professional examinations and your technical practices. This is the best time for operation theater like activities and will prove with the best results, if performed during this time.

From 3 p.m. to 4 p.m. >> This is the best time to consolidate your yesterdays activities and also the progress you have made today. This is the only time to look back or reconsider you past decisions with the learning you have made and need to be noted in your brain on piece of papers. But decisions on all these matters must have to be taken at its appropriate time only.

From 4 p.m. to 6 p.m. >> This time is called Aparahna. The rays of the Sun becomes self destructive powers in the universe. This is the time when you may again go for walk and it is the best time to utilize your sports energy. This is the best time to lose weight by doing exercise. Morning exercises make your stamina and vigour. This time exercises make you fit to lose fat without losing your stamina. This is very good time for learning and playing all the outdoor games including swimming.

From 6 p.m. to 7.30 p.m. >> This is the best time to return home from your work. A person devotes time after 7.30 p.m. will always lose efficiency and productivity of himself without even knowing about it. One should stop working, square up and start to return home from day’s work.

From 7.30 p.m. to 8.30 p.m. >> This is the best time to spend with children. This is the best time to watering the plants. This is the best time to do charitable and honorarium works. This is the best time to take bath and take dinner with the family. This is the good time for entertainment participation or learning drama, dance etc.

From 8.30 p.m. to 9.30 p.m. >> This is the best time for entertainment for self and also for taking a stroll before going to bed. Best and prime time to watch cinema, TV or Stage play. At the end of the time one should go to sleep.
