Registration of multi state society at New Delhi
A multi state society may be registered at New Delhi by residents of India, for may contact the following:
1. Memorandum of Association
2. Rules of the Association
3.Choose Governing Body of at least 7 members
4. Names, addresses, Identity Proof and Residence Proof of Governing Body
5. Registered Office address proof at New Delhi (later the RO may be shifted to anywhere else in India)
6. Agreement & rent receipt of the Registered Office address
7. President, General Secretary & Treasurer have to sign all the documents
8. An authority of members in favour of above 3 to sign all documents and get the registration done.
9. Authority letter to appoint us to register the multi-state society on your behalf.
10. Affidavit and Declaration by the President / General Secretary
11. Any other document as may be desired from time to time
a) If you dont have a address of your own, we shall make arrangement for it at reasonable cost.
b) All liaison work shall be done by us, without you having to come to Delhi
c) All papers may be sent by courier and email to us.
d) Fee has to be paid in advance in our Bank Account only.
e) Governing Body members should be from different states
f) One member of Governing Body must be from Delhi
