hi .. our NGO works on Rural development project and its a youth organization. We are now working with government for a project where in we need to install solar lighting system to the villages without electricity connection. We actually purchase each components seperatly and assemble which is way cheaper than the one which comes in market. Our students in the organization doing engineering help us produce the LED light. But how can i give a bill to the Zilla panchayath for the LED light. Do we need extra licence for it. Please guide us in this as we are only a small group of college going students.

We, a group of 50 parents of Special children propose to form a cooperative society. We propose to buy land in the name of society from our own contribution and build a community living for all our families. We also propose to create lots of facilities for vocational training, Therapy center etc.. for day to day care of our children within that proposed community complex. Will we be permitted to collect donations from public towards such expenses (Facilities for children) planned for our children and will the donors be exempted under 80G for this cause?
