IN ONE OF THE SOCIETY MEMBERS HAS NOT TAKEN SHARE CERTIFICATE hE DID TWO TRANSACTIONS ONE IS MOUR WITH PARTY TO SELL OBTAINED AMOUNT 50 PER CENT OF SALE VALUE . SAME FLAT OWNER HAS MADE THE SALE DEED ANOTHER PARTY WITH NON OBTENTION OF NOC AND NOW WANT THE SUPPORT TO TRANSFER OF PROPERTY IN NAME IN WHOSE NAME THE REGISTRATION IS MADE. ONCE THE NOC ISSUED TO ONE OF THE PARTY CAN WE SUPPORT FOR TRANSFER OF FLAT BY THE PURCHASER AS THE FLAT OWNER IS OBSONDING.
