IS THERE ANY ORDERS FROM A LEGAL PLATFORM NOT TO CHARGE DIFFERENT RATE OF MAINTENACE CHARGES FROM RESIDENT STAYING ON SAME FLOOR IRRESPECTIVE OF HAVING 2/3/4 BHK?

I AM STAYING IN A COOPRATIVE GROUP HOUSING SOCIETY IN VIKASPURI SINCE DEC 1993.
THHE MAINTENACE CHARGES WERE RS 400 TO ALL THE MEMBERS & THEN INCREASE TO 600, 800 TIME TO TIME IRESPECTIVE OF 2/3/4 BHK. AS COST OF LIVING INCREASED THE MANAGMENT COMMITTEE CONSISTING OF MOSTLY HAVING 2 OR 3 BHK FLATS & INCREASED THE MAINTENANCE CHARGES FLAT WISE. AS ON DATE THE CHARGES ARE INR 1600 / 1400 / 1200 FOR 2/3/4 BHK. THE STRENGH OF 4 BHK IS ONLY 24 OUT OF 92 TOTAL UNITS. THE M/C HAS REVISED THE INCREASE BY 25% W.E.F FROM 01.05.
2013 . THEY ARE NO SPECIAL SERVICES FOR 2/3/4 BHK RESIDENTS. SO IS THIS WAY OF DIFFERENT CHARGES ARE JUSTIFIABLE AS PER LAW. MORE OVER FOR THE ROADS & FACE LIFT OF THE BUILDING M/C IS CHARGING 40000.00 PER UNIT WHICH IS COMMON TO ALL RESIDENTS.

PLEASE ADVICE AS I UNDERSTAND THAT NO DIFFERNT MAINTENANCE CHARGES CAN BE ASKED FOR FROM RESIDENTS HAVING SAME FACILTIES THAT TOO ON SAME FLOOR IRRESPECTIVE OF 2/3/4 BHK.
